Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as received

Certain items, including personalized products, intimate apparel, beauty products, and final sale items, cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
