Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every U.S. order with no code or minimum purchase required.

Where do you ship?

NovaNest Market currently ships within the United States only.

How long will my order take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Carrier delays can occasionally extend that timeframe.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier update.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Items may be fulfilled from different warehouses, so one order can arrive in more than one package.

What is your return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Refund Policy before returning anything.
